Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain with 7+ years in Warehousing, Transportation, or Manufacturing.
• 7+ years in related work experience in Warehousing & Transportation and/or Manufacturing.
• Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Access, Excel and PowerPoint & Visio. Expert
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX, etc.) Intermediate, Preferred
• Proficiency in Leader Standard Work, Visual Management, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S/Lean methods Intermediate, Required
• Understanding and experience in core engineering and data analysis functions (slotting, utilization, labor planning, layouts, metrics) Advanced, Required

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis. Maps and documents processes; identifies gaps and implements CI plans.
• Manages and completes high-impact CI projects across the operation; supports start-ups, retrofits, and expansions.
• Demonstrates competency in engineering methods, Lean tools, and coaching employees in CI, QA, and Lean principles.
• May supervise CI engineering and quality professionals; participates in employment decisions and performance management.
• Facilitates Value Stream Maps and Kaizen Events from ideation to sustainment; coaches on lean methods.
• Provides regular reports of data and actions to measure progress against site objectives; makes inventory and supply chain recommendations.
