Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Lead to drive data-driven value across warehousing and distribution operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with 7+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL/DAX.
• Lean/Six Sigma or related process improvement background required.
• Experience in warehousing/transportation or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect data, perform statistical analysis, map processes, and drive CI plans.
• Lead high-impact CI projects across operations to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Coach teams in Lean, QA, and CI methodologies and tools.
• Supervise CI engineers and participate in hiring decisions when needed.
• Prepare regular progress reports and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support start-ups, retrofits, and expansion efforts with automation input.
