Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related
• Master's Degree preferred in related field
• 3+ years in warehouse automation or related field
• 2+ years in warehouse automation deployment
• Knowledge of materials handling equipment and automation technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead automation technology evaluation for new business opportunities.
• Build ROI and justification for optimal solution designs.
• Support automation project leads in vendor reviews and FSD/SOW alignment.
• Provide input on design options for performance and reliability.
• Coordinate on-site implementation, SAT testing, and punch-list tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable warehouse solutions.
