Job summary

Stout is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead transaction advisory engagements in a fast-paced environment in Irvine, CA. You will supervise analysts, manage buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and deliver actionable insights to clients and management teams. This role emphasizes strong U.S.

GAAP knowledge, CPA credentials, and exceptional communication. You will coach teams, shape deal strategies, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting due diligence (with at least 2 years in due diligence). Big Four experience preferred.
• CPA

Responsibilities

• Supervise analysts and associates to ensure efficient project execution.
• Lead due diligence calls and meetings with client and target company management.
• Produce comprehensive due diligence reports and communicate findings clearly.
• Review audit workpapers to understand critical accounting policies.
• Support business development activities and client pursuits.
