Job summary

CTDI is seeking a senior executive to lead a multi-customer division with over $150M in annual revenue. This role carries full P&L ownership and oversees 10+ facilities and more than 1,000 employees, supporting domestic and global customers.

You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, talent development, and strategic growth, serving as an executive sponsor to key accounts and partnering with sales and business development to seize growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive or general management roles.
• Proven success managing large, multi-site operations with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for the division, including revenue growth, cost management, profitability, and capital planning.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, and long-range forecasts.
• Drive disciplined financial governance, KPI management, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strong controls, compliance, and risk management across locations.
