Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level operations leadership experience in hospitality or multi-site operations.
• Proven executive leadership overseeing multi-site operations and driving financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% to support existing operations and new opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to site management teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance expectations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop leaders to strengthen management capabilities and build leadership talent pipeline.
• Partner with Human Resources to align staffing levels with needs, forecasts, and revenue projections.
• Lead budgeting and financial planning efforts, monitor performance, and provide timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Establish, monitor, and support achievement of operational and performance goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Allocate resources effectively to support site operations and growth objectives.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, service quality, profitability, and overall performance.
