Job summary

CTDI is seeking a General Manager in West Chester, PA to lead account management, customer relations, and branch operations. The role oversees a program management team, drives continuous improvement, and maintains positive customer relationships while pursuing new business opportunities for CTDI branches.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of operations management experience in high-volume settings, with strong leadership, financial, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and financial acumen required.
• Proven ability to manage complex operations and multi-facility networks.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service level metrics and quality performance across CTDI branches.
• Lead process improvements and standardization across operations.
• Manage P&L and budget for branch locations.
• Supervise and motivate a staff of Branch Managers.
• Monitor revenues and expenses impacting P&L performance.
• Coordinate with customer and internal departments to resolve issues and drive opportunities.
• Prepare reports and analyses for customers and CTDI.
• Support forecast reconciliation with monthly close process and safety compliance.
• Ensure building security and OSHA/state workplace safety compliance.
