Job summary

CTDI in West Chester, PA is seeking a General Manager to lead account management, customer relations, and operations across multiple facilities for a major client. You will guide program management teams and drive improvements that meet service levels and quality targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 10–15 years of operations leadership, a BS in Business Management, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of proven Operations management experience
• 10+ years in high-volume distribution, 3PL, manufacturing, or forward logistics
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and Projects) and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service levels and quality performance goals are met
• Generate and communicate ideas for continual process improvement
• Manage P&L and budgets for branch locations
• Supervise and motivate a staff of Branch Managers
• Monitor revenues and expenses impacting P&L
• Coordinate with IT, HR, Accounting, Program Management, Quality
• Prepare reports and analyses for customers and CTDI
• Support forecast reconciliation with posted results
• Support safety programs and compliance with OSHA and state laws
• Ensure building security per ctdi and customers requirements
• Report to Director of Program Management for major customer
