Job summary

Search Connections is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead multi-state facilities, oversee P&L, and drive profitability, production, and safety. This executive role reports to the President and CEO and requires high-level strategic direction across the organization.

The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, travel up to 25%, and strong communication with stakeholders at all levels to sustain growth and efficiency across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years managing operations including P&L ownership.
• Multi-site responsibility and P&L ownership preferred.
• Ability and desire to travel up to, and over 25%.
• Excellent negotiation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the Company.
• Lead Regional Vice Presidents ensuring growth and profitability of each facility, safety and compliance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee empowerment.
• Ensure timely production, financial, and personnel reporting with KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Senior VP of Sales on budgets and goals for growth.
• Attend Executive Leadership meetings and help set strategic objectives.
• Recruit and hire leaders to drive organizational progress.
