Job summary

Atmosera is seeking a senior leader to own the managed services business in the United States, reporting to the CEO. This is a P&L role focused on recurring revenue, margin, and client relationships, with three functional leaders under you and close collaboration with Product, Security and Revenue teams.

You will lead strategic development of the AMP platform and ensure security standards across all client engagements, while balancing growth and operational excellence in a fully remote US

Qualifications

• P&L ownership of a managed services business.
• Executive-level client leadership and renewals.
• Change leadership during large-scale integrations.
• Strong people leadership across US and LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly recurring revenue, gross margin, and client relationships.
• Lead three functional leaders and collaborate with Product, Security, and Sales.
• Set strategic direction and roadmap for AMP platform.
• Ensure security standards in partnership with the CISO.
