Job summary

Atmosera, a Microsoft Azure specialist with about 200 employees across the U.S. and LATAM, seeks a senior leader to own the P&L for its managed services and guide Client Success.

You will lead three functional leaders and partner with executive peers to drive growth with a focus on AI-enabled delivery and strong client relationships. Success is measured by improved net revenue retention, gross margin, and a scalable leadership team that can influence product roadmap priorities.

Job description

• Own the P&L for Atmosera's managed services business, with direct accountability for revenue, margin, and client relationships.
• Lead three functional leaders in Service Operations and Client Success, and partner with executive peers.
• Set the commercial direction and ensure reliable, AI-enabled delivery.

Your Impact:

• Drive growth strategy for managed services while protecting margin and cost to serve.
• Own the client journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Build Client Success into a source of expansion revenue and lead retention efforts.

What Success Looks Like:

• After 90 days, understand the client portfolio and set net revenue retention baseline.
• After one year, improve net revenue retention and gross margin, with clean client audits.
• Build a growing leadership team and influence product roadmap priorities.
