5WPR is seeking a Senior Vice President, Influencer & Creator Strategy to lead and scale the agency's influencer practice for global brands. You will own the vision, growth, and measurable impact of creator programs, guiding executive clients and teams through multi-million-dollar engagements.

You are a seasoned influencer marketing executive with a track record of building award-winning programs, driving revenue, and shaping the future of influencer capabilities, including AI-enabled strategies

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading influencer programs for global brands.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios and drive growth.
• Executive level advisory to C-suite clients across Fortune 500 brands.
• Strong track record of building scalable influencer strategies and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision and growth roadmap for the influencer practice.
• Develop frameworks, standards, and best practices across accounts.
• Provide thought leadership on creator economy, platforms, and compensation trends.
• Drive new business and organic growth through innovative offerings and partnerships.
• Lead talent development and cross-functional collaboration across PR, social, and paid media.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, metrics, and client satisfaction.
