Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in influencer marketing and creator strategy at senior levels.
• Agency experience with large, multi-client portfolios and $10M+ annual revenue oversight.
• Executive-level counsel to C-suite clients at Fortune 500 and leading brands.
• Proven ability to grow agency revenue and develop new offerings.
• Experience across earned/paid creator partnerships, talent deals, and ambassador programs.
• Strong understanding of influencer measurement, analytics, and KPI framing.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision and growth for the influencer/creator practice.
• Establish agency-wide frameworks, playbooks, and measurement standards for influencer work.
• Lead thought leadership on the creator economy and platform evolution.
• Drive innovation including AI, social commerce, and creator-led offerings.
• Represent the agency in industry panels, awards, and press.
• Partner with executive leadership to embed influencer strategy across PR, social, paid media, events, and creative.
