5W Public Relations LLC. is seeking a Director, Influencer & Creator Strategy to lead influencer and creator work across the agency, driving strategy and program execution.

This role partners with senior leadership, mentors junior staff, and helps shape the evolution of the influencer practice across clients and campaigns. Hybrid work, immediate start, potential to convert to full-time.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, social media, digital marketing, or integrated communications.
• Agency experience preferred, with experience managing multiple clients, programs, and priorities.
• Strong ability to independently lead influencer and creator workstreams while collaborating with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead assigned influencer and creator workstreams, developing strategies and recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Translate client briefs, audience insights, cultural trends, and platform behaviors into thoughtful creator strategies and program approaches.
• Partner with senior Influencer, Digital, and PR leadership on development of integrated programs.
• Oversee programs from planning and creator identification through outreach, content development, activation, and reporting.
• Provide strategic guidance and solutions throughout the lifecycle of a program, escalating to senior leadership when needed.
• Lead client conversations, presentations, and recommendations related to influencer strategy and program execution.
