Job summary

5W Public Relations seeks a Senior Vice President, Influencer & Creator Strategy to lead and scale the agency’s influencer and creator practice. You will own the vision, growth, and performance, guiding talent, client delivery, and new business across Fortune 500 and high-growth brands.

The role requires a proven track record of building award-winning creator programs, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and driving meaningful agency growth in a fast-evolving creator economy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, and integrated communications.
• Agency experience leading large, complex accounts with multi-client portfolios.
• Proven executive strategic lead for Fortune 500 brands and top categories.
• Drives agency growth through new business wins and expanding existing relationships.
• Extensive experience across earned/paid influencer programs, talent deals, and creator communities.
• Strong KPI frameworks, measurement, and data-driven storytelling for clients.
• Fluency in the creator economy, marketing tech, and AI-driven trends.
• Experience building and developing teams (5+ direct reports).
• Budget ownership, forecasting, and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision and growth roadmap for the influencer/creator practice.
• Develop agency-wide frameworks, playbooks, and measurement standards for influencer work.
• Serve as senior strategic counsel to C-suite clients across major brands.
• Lead large-scale influencer programs: earned/paid, celebrity partnerships, ambassador programs.
• Translate brand objectives into breakthrough, measurable strategies.
• Elevate measurement as a differentiator and guide investment decisions.
• Mentor and build a high-performing, multi-level team.
• Oversee staffing, resourcing, and profitability of the practice.
• Represent the agency in industry events and thought leadership.
