Job summary

5Wpr is seeking a Senior Vice President, Influencer & Creator Strategy to lead and scale the agency's influencer and creator practice. The role requires a seasoned executive with a track record building award-winning creator programs for global brands, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and driving agency growth.

You will own vision, growth, and performance of the practice, set strategy, drive new business, and ensure measurement and cultural relevance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in influencer marketing, creator strategy, and integrated comms.
• Agency experience leading large portfolios and multi-client oversight.
• Proven executive strategic lead to C-suite clients and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and growth roadmap for the influencer/creator practice.
• Build playbooks, measurement standards, and best practices across accounts.
• Lead client counsel to Fortune 500 and high-growth consumer brands.
• Grow revenue through new business pitches and organic client expansion.
• Develop teams and mentor talent across levels, driving profitability.
