5WPR seeks a Senior Vice President, Influencer & Creator Strategy to lead and scale the agency's influencer and creator practice, serving as a senior advisor to C-suite clients and guiding multi-million-dollar programs for global brands.

The SVP will own the practice vision, drive new business, build high-performing teams, and set standards for creativity, measurement, and business impact, with focus on AI-driven opportunities, creator compensation trends, and cross‑practice integration.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, and integrated communications.
• Agency experience with multi-client portfolios and $10M+ annual revenue oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the strategic vision and growth roadmap for the influencer and creator practice.
• Develop framework, playbooks, and measurement standards for high-quality influencer work.
• Lead large-scale, integrated influencer programs spanning earned and paid creator partnerships.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and profitability across the practice.
• Foster talent development and cross-functional collaboration across PR, social, and paid media.
