This role requires a seasoned executive with a proven track record of building award-winning programs for global brands, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, and integrated communications.
• Proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar influencer programs for global brands.
• Experience advising C-suite and guiding agency growth.
• Agency leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the strategic vision and growth roadmap for the influencer and creator practice.
• Establish agency-wide frameworks and best practices for influencer work across accounts.
• Provide thought leadership on platforms, creator compensation trends, and cultural shifts.
• Innovate with AI, social commerce, affiliate models, and creator-led offerings.
• Represent the agency externally through industry panels, awards juries, and press content.
• Collaborate with PR, social, paid media, experiential, and creative teams across accounts.
• Lead senior strategic counsel to Fortune 500 and high-growth brands and drive client outcomes.
• Oversee large-scale programs spanning earned and paid creator partnerships and ambassadorships.
