FleishmanHillard is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the TRUE Global Intelligence Team in a hybrid U.S. office. The role combines strategic research, analytics, and client leadership to inform communications strategies for healthcare and life sciences.

You will guide cross-functional teams, develop growth opportunities within existing accounts, manage client relationships, and ensure rigorous methodologies while aligning with global practices.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of experience in communications measurement or market research in health/Life sciences.
• Experience building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and complex projects.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams and deliver insights aligned with client goals.
• Scale teams to meet client needs in healthcare and life sciences.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Drive business development and expand account relationships.
• Oversee P&L and ensure project profitability.
• Set QC plans and develop narratives for research findings.
