Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in communications measurement or market research, with healthcare/Life Sciences client work.
• Ability to join a hybrid model with in-office presence weekly in a U.S. office.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue and expanding client relationships.
• Proven analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with AI applications and AI-enabled research methods.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project teams; collect data, analyze, and present findings to clients with high quality standards.
• Lead a geographically dispersed research team focused on healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Identify and amplify opportunities across accounts through business development.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients throughout all project stages.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability; oversee P&L alignment with global strategy.
• Forecast performance and coordinate with Finance on costs and resources.
• Ensure high standards and quality across methods and outputs.
• Draft proposals and statements of work for new opportunities.
• Develop pricing for proposed measurement and secondary research projects.
• Foster organic growth within existing accounts and propose solutions.
• Escalate timeline, budget, or data quality issues promptly.
