Qualifications

• 15+ years in communications measurement or market research.
• Experience with healthcare and life sciences clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple project teams; collect and analyze data, produce reports, present findings to clients.
• Manage a geographically dispersed research team; scale to client needs and allocate resources.
• Drive business development; identify opportunities across accounts and expand TGI’s footprint.
• Engage with clients to provide strategic counsel and deliver research that solves business problems.
• Ensure revenue growth and profitability; oversee P&L alignment with local and global strategy.
• Forecast performance and manage costs in collaboration with Finance.
• Oversee QA and methodological rigor across a range of research methods.
• Guide teams in scoping research that yields high-impact insights.
• Develop proposals and statements of work for new opportunities with clients.
• Foster organic growth by building relationships and proposing solutions.
