You will manage dispersed teams, grow revenues, and translate complex findings into actionable insights for healthcare clients, employing advanced AI tools and cutting-edge methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in communications measurement or market research.
• Experience with healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and expand client relationships.
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning; translate findings to insights.
• Experience with AI applications and integrating AI with research methods.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple project teams; collect data, analyze, report, and present findings to clients.
• Lead a geographically dispersed research team across healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Drive business development and identify growth opportunities across accounts.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients throughout all project stages.
• Oversee P&L, revenue growth, and alignment with local/global strategy.
• Set QC plans, ensure high-quality outputs, and maintain timelines.
