FleishmanHillard, a global PR agency, seeks a Vice President to lead the TRUE Global Intelligence Team in a hybrid U.S. location. The role focuses on healthcare analytics, audience insights, and AI-enabled intelligence workflows to inform client strategies.

The VP will manage integrated research, advise senior clients, and oversee data integration and reporting across large client teams, while developing talent and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience across a broad range of research categories and models; client-service background preferred.
• Healthcare expertise demonstrated, even if spanning other sectors.
• Experience in media measurement (earned/owned/paid).
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning; translate findings to insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interact with all levels.
• Strong project management; prioritize, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; willingness to work in a hybrid U.S. location.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of integrated research and analytics for healthcare clients.
• Advise senior clients with strategic recommendations from data.
• Counsel on intelligence best practices and data integration strategies.
• Develop client-ready proposals for research design and reporting projects.
• Oversee project financials and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain documentation to meet quality standards and processes.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and oversee deliverables.
• Present findings to clients and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Define KPIs, benchmarks, and demonstrate success.
