You will guide data integration, AI-enabled workflows, and client management across large healthcare accounts, building integrated teams and translating insights into strategic recommendations.

Formación

• Hybrid in-person work weekly at a US location.
• Healthcare analytics for healthcare clients.
• 8-10+ years across research categories and models with client-service focus.
• Experience in media measurement (earned, owned, paid).
• Expertise with media data collection tools (Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Cision, Signal AI).
• Interest in AI applications and AI-enabled analytic techniques.
• Analytical and deductive reasoning; translate findings into insights & storytelling.
• Strong project management; prioritize, deadlines, budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; present to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of integrated research and analytics for healthcare clients.
• Advise clients and senior leaders with data-driven recommendations.
• Counsel on intelligence best practices and data integration strategies.
• Create client-ready proposals for research design and analytics projects.
• Oversee project-level and client-level budgets and delivery timelines.
• Maintain documentation to ensure high-quality results.
• Escalate data quality or timeline issues promptly.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee deliverables; support professional development.
• Present research findings to clients; translate data into strategies.
• Define KPIs, benchmarks, and measurement plans for success.
