FleishmanHillard, a global public relations agency, is seeking a Vice President to join our TRUE Global Intelligence Team in a hybrid role in the United States. The role focuses on healthcare audience insights, cultural intelligence, and analytics-driven strategy for large client teams.

You will lead analytics integration, client management, and oversee cross-functional teams, leveraging AI-native workflows and measurement to inform communications strategies.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience across a broad range of research categories and models.
• Healthcare industry expertise preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in media measurement (earned/owned/paid).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of integrated research and analytics assignments for healthcare clients.
• Advise clients and senior decision makers with strategic recommendations based on findings.
• Counsel clients on intelligence best practices and data integration strategies.
• Establish client-ready proposals for research design, data collection, analysis and reporting projects.
• Oversee project-level and client-level financials, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Ensure processes are followed and documentation is maintained for quality results.
• Own all aspects of project execution and escalate data quality/timeline issues.
• Coach junior staff and oversee deliverables.
• Present findings to clients and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Counsel clients on measurement best practices and KPIs.
