Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in communications measurement or market research with healthcare clients.
• Ability to join us in a hybrid model of working in-person in the office weekly in one of our U.S. offices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple project teams; collect and analyze data, produce research reports, and present findings to clients with high quality standards.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team of researchers focusing on healthcare and life sciences clients, scaling teams to client needs.
• Engage in business development to identify opportunities across accounts and support growth of TGI.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients throughout all stages and deliver research meeting business needs.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability of client accounts; align local and global strategy with P&L oversight.
• Forecast business performance and manage costs with Finance.
• Collaborate with the intelligence team to ensure high standards and rigorous methodologies.
• Guide teams on QC plans and lead development of narratives for research findings, proposals, and SOWs.
• Develop pricing for proposed measurement and secondary research projects.
• Foster organic growth with existing accounts and propose solutions to problems.
• Escalate issues impacting timeline, budget, or data quality.
