Qualifications

• 15+ years in communications measurement or market research.
• Experience with health and life sciences clients.

• Experience with AI applications in research methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams and ensure high-quality results.
• Develop and grow the TGI footprint with healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Drive business development and identify opportunities across accounts.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients throughout the process.
• Oversee P&L and align local work with global strategy.
• Coach teams on QC plans and research narratives.
