• 10+ years of experience leading application support within a large technology environment.
• Hands-on incident, problem, and knowledge management at enterprise scale.
• Financial and program management with metrics tracking and budget awareness.
• Experience overseeing third-party vendors and offshore providers.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost-reduction ability.
• Confident senior-level communicator; translating insights for business leaders.
• Commitment to risk and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple application support initiatives, including people management and team development.
• Oversee end-to-end incident, problem, and knowledge management processes.
• Ensure compliance, timesheet accuracy, and delivery governance.
• Manage financial programs for the support function and inform budgeting decisions.
• Oversee vendor performance and contractual accountability with offshore providers.
• Define a capacity management framework for throughput and latency.
• Translate operational data into business-relevant insights for reviews.
• Establish onboarding standards and collaborate with dev teams for stability.
