Citi is hiring for an Application Support - Senior Vice President in a hybrid Pune setting. The Apps Support Senior Tech Specialist will set strategy, guide teams, and address high-profile issues across complex processes.

You will liaise with senior leaders, ensure risk and compliance, and mentor staff while delivering strategic technology outcomes. The role requires 10+ years in Apps Support, strong communication, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• - 10+ years experience in an Apps Support role.
• - Subject matter expert in one or more areas of Apps Support.
• - Demonstrated social, positive, can-do attitude to quickly learn and take own initiative to deliver creative and productive solutions
• - Ability to communicate well at all levels and network / influence
• - Ability to work under time constraints
• - Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team to develop solutions
• - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• - Bachelor's/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• - Provides expertise through comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology to achieve objectives and guide strategic direction for apps support.
• - Solves high-impact problems with in-depth evaluation of complex processes and industry standards.
• - Develops apps support methodologies and standards for analysis and testing.
• - Consults with end users to identify system specifications and incorporates into system design.
• - Manages resources and guides junior analysts; acts as advisor or coach.
• - Performs in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• - Assesses and improves design for performance and resiliency.
• - Coordinates with QA to ensure product functionality post-release; works with primary support staff.
• - Interfaces with senior leaders and external parties as needed.
• - Performs other duties and ensures risk considerations and compliance are addressed.
