Job summary

Archer is seeking a Senior Vice President, Employee Data Experience Product Owner to join the People Enablement & Impact team. The role is based in Boston, MA; New York City, NY; or Pittsburg, PA and focuses on creating a unified Employee Data Experience across enterprise channels.

You will drive data governance, privacy, and secure access while delivering scalable data management capabilities and AI-enabled use cases. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in Agile environments.
• Deep expertise in employee data, data platforms, or HR tech ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and entitlements.
• Ability to translate complex enterprise data and HR processes into scalable digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and execution for the Employee Data Experience.
• Translate the People Data Foundation into a unified, intuitive employee experience.
• Shape data management capabilities including discovery, access, maintenance, validation, and self-service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize backlog and manage dependencies.
