Job summary

Archer seeks a Vice President, POM Product Owner for its AI Hub to lead AI/ML product initiatives across Platforms. This strategic role anchors roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder alignment with cross-functional teams in a regulated enterprise environment.

You will translate business needs into product requirements, KPIs, and actionable delivery plans, ensuring responsible AI development and governance. Location favors Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY with a focus on adoption and business value

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field required.
Advanced degree preferred.
Typically 5–10 years of experience in relevant roles.
Understanding of AI/ML technologies and enterprise AI platforms.
Ability to translate business requirements into product requirements and backlogs.

Responsibilities

Support growing demand for AI/ML products across client platforms, ensuring high-impact use cases are converted into scalable capabilities.
Provide dedicated product ownership to manage roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, delivery planning, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional AI initiatives.
Strengthen execution discipline by translating business needs into clear requirements, delivery plans, KPIs, and measurable product outcomes.
Ensure AI products are developed responsibly with governance, risk, privacy, security, and control standards.
Help accelerate adoption and business value realization through go-to-market support, user enablement, performance tracking, and continuous product improvement.
