Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Employee Data Experience Product Owner to lead the strategy and execution of a unified employee data experience. You will collaborate across HR, data teams, architecture, and executives to define and deliver scalable data management capabilities.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise data platforms, governance, and privacy, plus strong leadership in agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile delivery model.
• Deep expertise in employee or workforce data and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and execution for Employee Data Experience across multiple enterprise data channels.
• Shape and deliver scalable data management capabilities including data discovery, access, and self-service.
• Establish the product model for governance, entitlements, and consumption across processes, analytics, and AI use cases.
• Partner with data owners, HR product teams, architecture, engineering, and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and guide migrations.
