Job summary

Archer seeks two Senior Managers, People Operations to partner with Scale Computing in building a modern, scalable People function across US offices and remote teams. You will own one company-wide program (HRIS and People Data or Talent Acquisition) and serve as the primary People partner for your office (Austin or Indianapolis) and remote teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including hands-on HR generalist work.
• Experience delivering end-to-end recruiting, including technical roles.
• Experience building or scaling HR programs, processes, or systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on performance, team structure, and employee relations.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting for designated roles and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Design and drive merit, performance, and promotion cycles for your population.
