Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in banking, operations, project management, or related areas.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units.

• Leads digital transformation efforts by coordinating strategic initiatives to improve processes and experiences.
• Partners with executives to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establishes enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
