WesBanco is seeking a Lead Digital Transformation Officer to drive the bank's digital initiatives. The role partners with business lines, technology, operations, and executives to identify, prioritize, and implement strategic projects that enhance efficiency and both customer and employee experiences.

The position manages the enterprise project portfolio, sets governance, drives execution, and delivers measurable business value while ensuring regulatory alignment and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and program management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate digital transformation initiatives across the bank.
• Partner with executives and department leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities.
• Establish enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Manage transformation portfolio, align with strategy and resources.
• Oversee capacity planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track milestones, risks, and outcomes; drive change management.
