Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a SVP & Digital Transformation Officer in Information Technology to lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives from a remote setting within the bank's footprint.

The role drives prioritization, resource planning, and execution to deliver measurable business value and organizational growth. The incumbent partners with executives and units across IT and business lines to optimize processes, customer and employee experiences, and risk-aligned delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive banking/operational experience required.
• PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the bank's digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage the enterprise project portfolio and governance processes.
• Establish project intake, prioritization, and capacity planning.
• Develop executive reporting dashboards on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Support change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
