Athene seeks a senior sales leader to drive defined contribution private assets and guaranteed income to retirement advisors across an assigned territory. You will coordinate with recordkeepers, build relationships, and manage a robust pipeline to meet annual targets.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales or equivalent experience.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Strong understanding of ERISA and retirement markets; knowledge of private assets or guaranteed income.
• Proven ability to present to groups and manage opportunities as they develop.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 required.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales of Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income to retirement advisors in an assigned territory.
• Work with recordkeeper partners and field organizations to identify opportunities and drive adoption.
• Own the annual territory sales target across Apollo and Vitera offerings.
• Develop territory plan with priority advisors and measurable pipeline milestones.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations with product specialists as needed.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
• Leverage CRM data, market intel, and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
