Zusammenfassung

Athene seeks a VP Sales, Defined Contribution to lead the sale of Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income to retirement advisors in an assigned territory. You will partner with recordkeepers and field teams to expand adoption, manage a national pipeline, and achieve an annual sales target.

This role requires deep DC industry knowledge, strong advisor relationships, and the ability to coordinate with product and investment specialists.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeepers
• FINRA Series 6/63 or Series 7 required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Aufgaben

• We will own the annual territory sales target across Apollo and Vitera defined contribution offerings.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams to convert partnerships into local adoption.
• Develop a territory plan with priority advisors, activity cadence, pipeline milestones, and measurable sales outcomes.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; collaborate with product specialists for depth while maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on joint meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
• Use CRM data and market insights to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline.
