Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or economics (heavy accounting concentration) or equivalent and at least ten years banking experience with seven years in intense commercial and mortgage lending.

Responsibilities

Achieve loan, deposit, and fee production goals by growing new and existing relationships.
Develop a business development calling program targeting customers, prospects, and COIs.
Cross-sell retail and trust services by profiling needs and referring opportunities to partners.
Use Sales Tracker to manage opportunities, profiles, and calls.
Apply credit/financial analysis to prioritize opportunities, assess risk and structure requests.
Deliver credit presentations to approval authorities, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, mitigants, and recommendations.
Ensure loan portfolio is properly rated and compliant with regulations and policies.
Maintain product knowledge to identify cross-sell opportunities and provide excellent service.
Represent the bank professionally in the community and professional organizations.
