Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Service Executive to lead the Client Services team for major clients and drive world-class service across products. This role can be located in Boston, MA or Pittsburgh, PA, and requires strategic client insights and strong collaboration with internal partners.

The successful candidate will own and grow strategic client relationships, align service with commercial goals, and protect revenue while pursuing opportunities for client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of total work experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience managing strategic client accounts, supporting revenue growth, and partnering with sales or relationship management teams.
• Experience operating in an Account Management, Relationship Management, Client Coverage, or commercially focused Client Service environment within financial services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior point of contact to major clients on moderately complex service issues and assists in developing strategy to deliver world-class client service across products or platforms.
• Collaborates with clients and influences internal stakeholders to align client needs with BNY's commercial strategy.
• Proactively partners with Client Service Data, Insights & Analytics to improve service by identifying trends, themes, and opportunities.
• Own and grow strategic client relationships by identifying commercial opportunities, supporting revenue retention and expansion, and partnering closely with Client Coverage on account growth strategies.
• Develop and execute account plans for key clients, balancing exceptional service delivery with commercial objectives, client profitability, and long-term relationship management.
