Job summary

BNY Mellon in New York seeks a senior client services leader to guide strategy and operations across global client accounts. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate client needs into service enhancements, analytics and delivery excellence.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strategic insight, and leadership without direct reports, driving high-quality client experiences and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with large, complex client accounts and non-routine client issues.
• Deep knowledge of products and services across multiple lines of business and geographies.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide and assign work to less experienced team members.
• Excellent communication with senior client and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business, operating model and technology strategy.
• Align to client needs across BNY’s product and services.
• Act as central escalation point across Operations, Technology and service delivery.
• Build relationships to understand client service requirements.
• Facilitate communication across client organization.
• Maintain a culture of continuous service improvement across all products and services.
• Monitor service quality, product performance and client experience.
• Deliver robust operational analytics and transparency into service performance.
• Guide service evolution based on client requirements and changing operating model.
• Drive high quality client experience, service improvements and product innovation.
• Provide strategic insight into improvements across service delivery, product, technology and operations.
