Job summary

Leidos, a defense and government solutions company, seeks an Enterprise Voice Engineer to support DISA Voice Services. You will maintain a large, resilient IP telephony network, perform fault analysis, and manage changes to ensure secure, reliable operations.

You will configure routing, call flows, and device profiles across CUCM/Unity/CUBE, Oracle SBC, and Avaya Aura. A Secret clearance and DoD 8750 IAT II or Security+ CE are required.

Qualifications

• DoD 8750 IAT level II or Security+ CE certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco, Avaya or Oracle voice platforms incl. CUCM/Unity/CUBE/SBC.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Expertise in SIP signaling and call flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a large, complex IP voice/video communications infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot voice, video and data networks; document changes.
• Analyze and resolve voice signaling, registrations and media problems.
• Configure call routes, spaces, partitions and profiles; support firewall infra.
• Develop policy, work instructions and reporting for enterprise IP telephony.
