Job summary

SNC is seeking a Senior Network Voice Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of hybrid voice and network infrastructure across our enterprise. You will guide VoIP, UC, and core network implementations, manage call routing and security, and provide Tier-4 escalation support to ensure performance and compliance.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in CUCM, CUBE, Unity/UCCX, Teams Phone, and SBCs, with a proven history of delivering robust, scalable voice solutions in complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; extensive relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years in network/voice engineering.
• Expert know‑how of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VoIP protocols.
• Strong Cisco collaboration tech experience (CUCM, Unity, CUBE, UCCX).
• Experience with Teams Phone, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and strategic direction of hybrid voice and network infra.
• Oversee VoIP, UC, and core network system implementations and maintenance.
• Manage call routing, dial plans, SBCs, gateways, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS.
• Ensure high availability, security, and regulatory compliance across voice services.
• Provide Tier‑4 support for voice/network incidents and requests.
• Mentor engineers and drive adoption of new tools and best practices.
