Job summary

KeenLogic seeks a Voice Tier 3 Engineer to support the U.S. Air Force’s EACN, configuring and securing Cisco-based VoIP, video, and data services at Scott AFB and related sites. This role requires on-site presence with DoD credentials and potential travel for contract activities.

The engineer will develop connections between EACN and partner voice networks, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure mission-essential voice capabilities in a highly secure environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of VoIP experience.
• Top Secret security clearance required.
• Cisco voice certification with CUCM focus, including 350-801 CL Earlier exam.
• Onsite work at Scott AFB, DoD-qualified credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco VoIP and collaboration systems.
• Develop SIP connections between EACN and external voice networks.
• Apply patches and security guidelines to voice systems.
• Support Tier 3 Network Engineering activities and documentation.
