Job summary

C3EL seeks a cleared Enterprise Voice Engineer to join the team on-site at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. You will sustain, maintain, and enhance critical DISA voice services to support secure, mission-ready communications for the DoD and national security organizations.

Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting voice, video, and data networks, managing call routing, and supporting firewall infrastructure while ensuring accurate documentation and change management.

Qualifications

Active DoD secret clearance required.
Experience with Cisco/Avaya/Oracle voice platforms including CUCM, Unity, CUBE, SBC, Avaya Aura.
SIP signaling and call flow expertise.
Strong fault analysis for large voice implementations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance a large IP voice and video communications infrastructure.
Configure, troubleshoot and assure service across voice, video, and data networks.
Configure calling search spaces, route plans, route partitions, and device profiles.
Analyze Cisco/Juniper routing and switching devices.
Support distributed firewall infrastructure.
Assist in policy and work instruction development for enterprise IP telephony.
