Apogee Engineering, LLC invites applications for a Senior Voice Engineer to support the EACN task order at Scott Air Force Base, Belleville, IL. This full-time, on-site role focuses on VoIP systems, SIP integration, and network-wide voice capabilities for critical DoD missions.

The ideal candidate will hold a US citizenship with TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, CCNP and Cisco CUCM expertise, and experience with SolarWinds. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• US citizen with active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree required; 10+ years in DoD environments; 5+ years in DoD.
• Cisco Voice CUCM certification and CCNP certification are required or preferred.
• Experience configuring Cisco VoIP systems and SIP networking.
• Familiarity with SolarWinds and network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Voice Engineer Tier 3 support for SLC3S-A and NAOC/AFGSC assets.
• Configure and patch Cisco VoIP components including Call Manager, Unity, and SBCs.
• Develop SIP configurations for interconnection with external voice networks.
• Perform network analysis and recommend technologies to meet EACN requirements.
• Assist Government Engineers with architecture, change management, and planning.
• Maintain A2G2 baseline configurations and test software updates in SIL.
