You will partner with application and technology teams to improve deployment, performance, availability, and resilience while mentoring other engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of VMware portfolio experience (VCF, SRM, vSAN, NSX, HCX).
• 5+ years of Terraform IaC, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, GitHub Actions, and container solutions.
• 5+ years of PowerShell, HashiCorp HCL, RESTful APIs, YAML/JSON, and PowerCLI.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate private cloud infrastructure and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, performance, and resilience issues.
• Automate testing, configuration, release, and deployment with IaC and DevOps practices.
• Monitor capacity, availability, and performance; document findings and improvements.
• Mentor engineers and shape technology direction.
