Job summary

You will partner with application and technology teams to improve deployment, performance, availability, and resilience while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience with VMware portfolio (VCF/SRM/vSAN/NSX/HCX).
• 5+ years with Terraform, CI/CD, Ansible, GitHub Actions, and container solutions.
• 5+ years with PowerShell, HashiCorp HCL, RESTful APIs, YAML/JSON, and PowerCLI.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate private cloud infrastructure and technology solutions.
• Manage incident and problem resolution; troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Automate testing, configuration, release, and deployment using IaC and DevOps practices.
• Monitor capacity, availability, and performance; identify and implement improvements.
• Maintain inventories, diagrams, documentation, and records for operations.
• Partner with providers, tech teams, and leadership to strengthen solutions.
• Support disaster recovery documentation and Business Resumption Readiness testing.
• Coach and mentor engineers with knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
