Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Visual Design Associate Manager to lead design craft across engagements, translating brand strategy into compelling visuals and design systems. You will mentor junior teammates, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and embrace AI-enabled workflows to elevate outcomes.

You will contribute to client delivery, design strategy, and continuous improvement of visual assets while maintaining high craft standards and brand coherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries and contexts.
• 2+ years contributing to end-to-end visual design engagements.
• Strong portfolio with brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, and UI.
• High-fidelity visuals with pixel-perfect deliverables and developer-ready specs.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and guiding craft in teams.
• Experience collaborating with product designers, PMs, engineers, and strategists.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and shape visual design direction on engagements from concept to delivery.
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into compelling visual executions.
• Produce high-quality visuals across brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, and UI.
• Own your workstream and deliver production-ready outputs with minimal redirection.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to articulate design rationale.
