Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries.
• 4+ years leading visual design engagements end‑to‑end.
• 3+ years managing or coaching visual designers.
• Experience embedding AI tools into design workflows.
• Hands-on with design tools and production-ready output.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design direction on engagements from concept to delivery.
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into clear visual languages.
• Set high visual craft standards across identities, systems, typography, motion, and UI.
• Balance visionary thinking with hands-on production with your team.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
• Present visual rationale to senior stakeholders and guide decisions.
